Refund Policy

RUSLAR Marketing is committed to providing high-quality digital products and social media services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting a refund.
1. Digital Products (Templates, Toolkits, etc.)
All digital products are non-refundable once the purchase is complete. Due to the instant and downloadable nature of digital files, refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind

Accidental purchases

Lack of compatibility (please review product descriptions before purchasing)
If a file is corrupted or not functioning as described, please contact office@ruslarmarketing.com within 7 days of purchase to request a corrected version or assistance.
2. Social Media Management Services
Refunds for social media management, content creation, or consulting services will be considered under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility:

A written request must be submitted within 5 business days of the project start date.

If no work has begun on the project, a full refund may be granted.

If partial work has been delivered, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed and time invested.

Once final deliverables are submitted or a service cycle has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
All refund decisions for services are made at the discretion of RUSLAR Marketing, based on the specific project scope and client agreement.
3. Retainers & Ongoing Services
For monthly retainers or ongoing service packages:

Cancellations require 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be provided for the current month once work has started.

Prepaid services are non-refundable but may be rescheduled or paused in certain cases, subject to agreement.

5. Discretion & Final Decision
RUSLAR Marketing reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on the terms outlined above, the nature of the product or service, and the level of work already completed.
